About presents and fan letters

Thank you very much for always giving a kind support to our artists.
We would like to inform about the shipment which delivers to band members as a gift.

Our staff take a responsibility for handling all presents and the fan mail to each member but depending on the schedule, it might takes a while until members actually get them.

Please check the following which prohibited so the members receive presents and letters without any trouble.
Prohibition Item
food and drink, any living animal, flower, product which needs of Freezing or Refrigeration and anything that requires specific keeping condition for a health.

Please do not drop off your presents and fan letters directly into our mail box, or handling to our office.
This might cause other residents a trouble.

And please do not forget to write down a name of the band and member on the address all ways.

We are sure to handle to the members all shipment which follows the direction obove mentioned.
Please notice that the shipments are allowed to be disposed when you do not follow these direction.
